Gentle K.I.T.E. Yoga

Service Description
This class is designed to release stiffness and soreness in our bodies, a bit like yoga WD40 for the joints! This gentle practice is a mixture of standing, sitting and lying down postures -with breathing practices and guided relaxation to de-stress the mind too. It’s an opportunity to give our bodies some attention, particularly if you spend long hours sitting or in awkward positions; if you’re very physically active and you need to show some self care to your body; or just if you’re feeling a bit tired and achey! All are welcome! Please bring a blanket for our final relaxation. There are mats available to borrow, or bring your own.
